By using VidYTMP4 (vidytmp4.site), you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language so there are no surprises. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
VidYTMP4 provides free online tools, including downloaders for public media, a transcript generator, creator utilities, calculators and browser-based utility tools. The service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the tools accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that any tool will always work, always be available, or always produce a particular result.
Our download tools are provided for saving content that you have the right to save — for example:
You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights or permission before downloading, copying or reusing any content. Downloading a file with our tools does not transfer any copyright or licence to you. We may restrict or block use that appears to violate these terms, without notice, in order to protect the service and other users.
Many tools depend on how third-party platforms work. Those platforms change their systems frequently and without warning, and a feature that works today may break, become limited, or change tomorrow. When that happens we will try to restore the tool, but we cannot guarantee any platform-dependent feature, and some tools may be changed or discontinued if a reliable, permitted method no longer exists.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any tool or part of the site at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
To the extent permitted by law, VidYTMP4 and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including lost files, incorrect results, or decisions you make based on estimates or tool output. Calculators provide estimates only, transcripts are provided as generated from source captions, and tool results should be verified before you rely on them for anything important.
VidYTMP4 is not affiliated with the platforms its tools reference. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their mention here does not imply endorsement.
